The reality show that combines cooking with people watching, conflict, comedy and nosiness is compelling viewing to millions of people.
But who want's to take part?
It's nerve wrecking enough preparing a dinner for fault forgiving family and friends so it does make us wonder what persuades people to subject themselves to this ordeal by gas hob light?
The previous episode filmed on the Isle of Man was won by island resident Sean O'Connell who was not keen to repeat the experience.
Regardless of this there are bound to be lots of eager Isle of Man cooks willing to put their hosting skills to the test.
