'I left my car with ASP on Saturday 1 May and flew to Glasgow. The 'ash' cloud stopped my flight home on Wednesday 6. I phoned the company to advise about my cancelled flight and next I knew Julian (in their office) called to say that Alan's (owner of ASP) flight from Edinburgh had been cancelled too and did I want a lift to Liverpool to get the last SeaCat. He picked me up from my hotel at Glasgow airport and together with his partner Karann and her daughter Katie, we headed off to Liverpool. Now that is what I call service - Wonderful wonderful caring company.' May T
