Police are appealing for witnesses following a brawl between two men which took place in Station Road, Ramsey.
The incident took place around 06:30hrs in the morning of Thursday 10th September 2015. At some point the men ended up in the middle of the road forcing traffic to stop. The two men were subsequently arrested by Police and later released on bail.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward, particularly those in the vehicles who forced to stop.
