Established by Lisa Quayle as an alternative to the traditional route to selling property, Quayles Estate Agency on the Isle of Man has grown quickly, based on excellent results and a strong service ethic. The association with Graham Brunstrom of Let it B, the Isle of Man based Property management Company means that both businesses will be able to work together seamlessly to provide clients with an all-embracing service offering. The move will enhance the service offering of both companies, and reflects their growing presence in the local property market.
Graham Brunstrom, founder of Let it B, has extensive experience of property management on the Isle of Man, and embraces the same strong service ethic as Quayles: ‘I’m proud to have an association with Lisa and Richard and the rest of the Quayles team, and look forward to working with them,’ he stated.‘I’m sure it will prove mutually beneficial to both our companies, and more importantly to our respective clients. Let it B offers a comprehensive range of professionally delivered property management services – taking care, on behalf of landlords,of all the day to day issues that can arise.’
Quayles was formed in April 2008 and effectively broke the mould of the traditional estate agency model. The company provided all the services of a traditional agency through the internet, but with a highly personalised approach led by Lisa. It immediately struck a chord with vendors and within a short space of time more and more people were turning to Quayles.
In 2009 Lisa’s husband Richard joined the business, and brought his extensive sales experience to the table. The company now boasts a four strong team:‘I think we have proved that the internet route doesn’t have to be impersonal and distant. Our aim at all times is to provide a highly personalised, great value service to our clients,’ explained Lisa.
The association with Graham Brunstrom of Let it B means that between them both companies can now offer the full suite of property sales and management services at a time when the Island’s property market is showing signs of strengthening:
‘Together we represent a formidable team and provide clients with all the services they may require,’ concluded Graham.
