The Wildlife Park is having a 50^th Birthday Party on Friday the 3^rd of July. Starting with the unveiling of a giant Elk statue at 6pm, unveiling of the Curraghs Wildlife Park Stamp collection, light music and a dusk tour of the park conducted by me!

Hog roast tickets are on sale for just £5 (Bargain!)……. to make the night even cheaper you can bring your own drink including alcohol (we won’t be selling any as we don’t have a licence and we certainly aren’t giving it away for free!), there might be some free cake though. If you aren’t a member of the park (which gives you free admission all year round) admission is half price all day and evening so you can arrive any point in the day and stay up to 9pm.

It would be nice to see some familiar faces from DEFA to celebrate this momentous day, tickets for the hog roast are on sale now from our shop but if I have an idea of how many people want to come I could deliver tickets to Slieau Whallian next week if you have your fiver to hand.

On the Saturday the 4^th and Sunday the 5^th we are having loads for the kids to do all in with admission price!
