Once again we are spoilt for choice, with so much going on around the New Forest!
Burley is a hive of activity this weekend, with the Children’s Circus at Burley Park on Friday Saturday and Sunday, there’s a craft fayre AND the Burley Village Show on Saturday!
There is the usual Friday Market at Fordingbridge, and on Saturday and Sunday the Bygone Days Festival looks excellent.
New Milton is the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights, with two great shows at the New Milton Memorial Centre – The World of Darts on Friday night, and Abba tribute act on Saturday. There is a car boot sale on Sunday, and don’t miss Keep The Home Fires Burning community picnic and concert at New Milton Recreation Ground.
Prints of the Grosvenor School exhibition is on at St Barbe Museum & Art Gallery in Lymington on Saturday, and of course Lymington’s famous market will be buzzing! The New Forest Producers Market can be found at Everton Garden Centre on Saturday. On Sunday the Summer Spectacular at Woodside Park looks like one not to be missed – and there is the usual weekly car boot sale at Boldre. The film Transformers – Age of Extinction is showing at Lymington Cinema on Friday and Saturday.
In Lyndhurst, the New Forest Fuschia Society holds its annual event at the Lyndhurst Community Centre on Saturday, and The New Forest Open Art Exhibition continues at New Forest Centre (open Saturday and Sunday). On Sunday, the Community Centre hosts the New Forest Producers Market, followed by the World War 1 Anniversary Concert.
The Village Hall in Brockenhurst is the place to head to if you want to see some great locally grown vegetables and flowers – it’s the Summer Flower and Vegetable Show!
