I have used Benems on a few occasions for the flooring in my house. Excellent family run business with great customer service. Very helpful staff from choosing the product through to the fitting. We have had nothing but happy results. The shop is definitely worth a wander around, They have some amazing good quality items. I would definitely recommend this company!

BENEMS is like a tardis of treasures! Literally it is filled with many tasteful trinklets of different tastes to garnish ones home with as well as a large variety of flooring and fire places. The staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. As a local family business the prices are as competitive as the big stores. Go check it out!

First class company and so reasonable, on visiting was greated by very pleasant staff, nothing was any bother, they never pressured you into buying like some shops do, the shop has a lots to offer not just carpets, flooring and fireplaces but Lots of other items. With an extensive range of flooring, I was able to choose the exact colour, style and quality laminate I wanted. Within two days the fitter arrived and measured up. He was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. We booked a date for fitting which mets my needs.
I am extremely impressed with the service so far and I can't wait to see the final result when laid. I will provide a further review when completed

Bought our stair and landing carpet from benems alongside bathroom lino. Both fitted by them also. Amazing products and such amazing customer service. Will not go any where else. Good old fashioned customer led service, something I thought had dissappeared entirely, how wrong was I. Well deserved nomination! Well done all at benems!

Benems are a friendly local business, Rachael is always extremely helpful, full of information and can’t do enough for you. The carpet fitters are very good at what they do, always clear up afterwards and very friendly. I always recommend them to people, and they have a lot of good deals and discounts on a regular basis.
