Orange chocolate boodle.
Whisk 4tbsp Orange juice and 2tsp of lemon juice into 200 ml (7 fl oz) long-life (or fresh ) whipping cream. Place a slice of chocolate Swiss roll (soaked with a little sherry if liked) into individual dishes and top with the boodle cream mixture, decorated with a chocolate flake bar.
