Don't forget this Sunday is The Red Cross' Big Red Bike Ride, setting off from Dunorlan Park, Tunbridge Wells.
Billed as "suitable for all levels" and a "great day out", this annual event sees cyclists peddling down to Eastbourne on a fairly easy rout through the Kent and East Sussex countryside.
There are two routes this year, and some participants will be setting off from London for an 80-mile route, whilst cyclists can choose the 45-mile route beginning at Dunorlan Park.
Both routes finish on Eastbourne's wonderful seafront.
We're hoping for good weather, although not to roasty for preference!
Even f you're not taking part, I'm sure participants will welcome support and cheering on at the start, or anywhere along the route.
