A wonderful annual artistic event is taking place again - the South East Open Studios fortnight runs from 4th - 20th June 2010.
Every year across the region, artists and crafts people open their doors to the public and share their artistic spaces and work free of charge.
There is always a wide range of styles, mediums and work on show, and it always proves to be a fascinating insight into the worlds of local artists.
A full colour guide that includes descriptions of each artist's work with contact details is available from libraries and tourist information centres throughout Kent and East Sussex, including obviously Tunbridge Wells. The guide is also available as a downloadable PDF from the SEOS website.
You can also sign up as an interested artist for next year's Open Studios on the website, or find out more information on the artists already involved.
This year there are over 300 artists participating in the South East Open Studios, ensuring variety, talent and some wonderful work to have a peek at.
For more information on the SEOS scheme, check out their website.
