Rightlett Lettings have two levels of service for landlords, which can be tailored to suit your needs as a landlord.

Full Management - This inclusive service is professional and cost effective, covering marketing, viewings, vetting of prospective tenants, preparation of tenancy agreements, inventories, periodic inspection visits and of course, ensuring prompt rent payments.

Full management means that tenancies run smoothly and your return on investment will be maximised.

Letting Only - This service includes marketing your property, carrying out viewings and credit checks on prospective tenants, preparing tenancy agreements and inventories. Upon the successful application of a suitable tenant, Rightlett Lettings will collect the first month's rent and a tenancy deposit on your behalf.

The letting only service does not include ongoing management of the tenancy, maintenance of the property or rent collection past the first month.

Tenants 

Rightlett Lettings offer a professional, personal and friendly service for prospective tenants, helping you to find the perfect property to suit your requirements.

The team at Rightlett Lettings will search their database of available properties for you to view. Tenancies are granted for a minimum term of six months, which may be renewed if both parties are in agreement.

To ensure your complete peace of mind, all of the properties managed by Rightlett Lettings are Gas Safe certified and inspected for furniture fire safety and electrical safety. Your tenancy deposit will always be held in accordance with Deposit Protection regulations.

Viewings can be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends. You will always be met by a member of the Rightlett Lettings team, who can give you advice and answer any questions you may have.
