I can highly recommend Stephen at 1st Time fix.
I used to pay an energy company for my boiler cover. Never again. Last year when I was left without heating for a week when the temperature outside was minus 7, Stephen didn’t hesitate to come out and give me a second opinion on my boiler.
This visit Stephen was half an hour early. Supplied and fitted a new shower. Serviced my boiler and spotted one of the rubber tubes inside the boiler had perished. Also spotted a water leak on the pump the so called energy company said was fine last time they visited , even though they knew it was leaking.
I’m really pleased with the price charged and the service was above and beyond ! My family are using 1st Time Fix aswell now.

I contacted Stephen to look at my disabled mom's boiler that was leaking last week. He came the following day to check it out and we agreed a new boiler was the way to go. He juggled his workload and fitted my mom in this week with the aid of Chris. Both Chris and Stephen were very accommodating and sorted access and commencement of work efficiently and with great, speedy completion.
