Called 1st time fix out after my boiler stopped working. We had been told by another company that the boiler needed to be replaced. Steve come out to look at the problem and fixed the boiler within 40 minutes after removing a filter and cleaning it out and now all working fine. I have booked back in with them to service my boiler after saving me over 3k replacement and quoted by the other company and also cancelled my service plan with them and I will now be moving it to 1st time fix . Very big thanks again.

Used previously as found recommended via 'which'. Much better than British Gas who I've used for years. Able to send pics over before hand to help identify the possible problem which allowed the plumber to fix on first visit within minutes. Arrived when they said they would and left the area spotless afterwards. Will definitely use again.

This year's review.... Couldn't fault if I tried. Easy to book, turn up when they say they do (unlike my previous experience with British Gas), do the job (without obligatory shaking their head when they see the boiler), leave your home spotless and payment is quick and easy.

Wonderful from start to finish! Communication via WhatsApp was brilliant and the engineers who arrived were lovely to talk to and really knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble even when the job list evolved throughout the appointment. Massive thank you to Stephen and Louis/Lewis. Itās also great to see a company taking on young people and giving them a chance to learn and develop! Will be recommending to all of my family and friends & will be using 1st time Fix again when we need our boiler replacing. A very happy customer - thank you!

Canāt fault 1st Time Fix. They are heaven sent honestly. The communication is prompt and spot on and their service is astounding.
I had my gas outlets capped, boiler serviced, radiators checked and they even took out my old cooker. All this was done in good speed. What more can you ask for?
