I cannot recommend 1st Time Fix highly enough, having used them for years. Initially I was impressed with how they responded quickly and made me a priority for emergency repairs. Since, they have fitted new radiators for me and serviced my boiler as well as undertaking other repairs. Work is always done professionally and efficiently with a friendly attitude.

I had my boiler serviced and it needed a few new parts and this was all done at the same time so no waiting around.
I was kept up to date on when my engineer would be with me and you can track them on your phone to see how far away they are.
They are honest and do not try to rip you off.

Called regarding my boiler and although no answer received a message back within a couple of minutes. Booked in to be seen in quick time, updated engineer was on his way, arrived promptly and dealt with the issue first time. Called Steve to check out our boiler ,arrived the same day to diagnose the problem and give me a quote,
he showed me what the problem was and explained the next steps.Arranged a day for the job and he arrived early ,got on with the job and left no mess at all .Very friendly guy ,great service ,good prices.Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will contact for any further work in the future .
