Always receive fabulous service from the entire team and really appreciate the extra measures they’ve gone to to make the surgery cat friendly. I continually travel over 10 miles to go to 387 Vets since moving as they’re the only ones I trust with my animals’ care. I couldn’t recommend the team more highly.

I have used many vets in this area over many years for my rescue dogs. I would never use any other one than this practise. All of the staff, from reception to the Vets could not be more pleasant and helpful. Always totally professional, yet caring in every way. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Over the years I have seen this practise grow it is always busy, but everyone there always has time and, a kind word not only for the pet owners but the animals also who are always treated with the upmost respect. Hamish and, his Team have worked so hard and, still do to treat the animals and reassure the owners snd to make this a very successful business. Well done to everyone there, I for one really appreciate you all.

They are friendly, efficient, caring and professional, they being all of them, from the top to the bottom. Hamish has assembled a team that looks after owners as well as it does animals and I am always happy to sing their praises. I’ll never take our pets anywhere else.

Always go above and beyond. I have been going there since it first opened and although a few staff changes, every member of staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my furry family anywhere else. They aren't just vets, nurses and receptionists, they truly care and love what they do. Amazing

This is the best vets I have ever been to and I have had pets all my life. I visited 387 Vets for a second opinion for my cat Hartley who was very poorly. The service I received for my cat was truely amazing, from both the vets and the staff. They did everything they could to save my cat who was 14 years old. They diagnosed his illness and showed such compassion, care and love for my cat, and us, as we were so devastated to see our beloved pet so ill. Sadly, Hartley was put to sleep, 387 vets helped us all in that very sad moment and cared for everyone involved.
Well done 387 for being such a wonderful and caring veterinary practice. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I would 100% recommend 387 vets. It is clean, staff are friendly and efficient and the vet, Emma, is amazing. I can’t praise her enough! She took the time to look at my little girl (Ruby the guinea pig), paid attention to detail, did not rush and informed us throughout. She assessed Ruby all over whilst being so kind, thorough and gentle. It is so refreshing having someone who can be so knowledgable and caring looking after your furbaby! Thank you to Emma and the staff today at 387 vets! 🐾 💖🐹
