After using 2 other vets in the past and not being 100% happy with them, we decided to try 387 on recommendation. It was the best thing we ever did. We have been coming for about 3 years with our dog Ginnie and have been nothing but delighted with the service we have received from Hamish and his staff. Unfortunately on Saturday we had to say goodbye to our beautiful old girl and I shall never forget the kindness and compassion shown by the staff. Special thanks to Emma for her support at a heartbreaking time.

It was Bella's first time here at 387 vets and apparently, the first time for a Spanish Water Dog too. We had a fantastic warm welcome. I can't thank you all enough for making us feel so welcome and all the advice you gave us.

Can't thank Hamish and the practice manager enough for all their help yesterday. We turned up at the practice with my bunny who was badly injured and although they don't normally do emergencies, Hamish was kind enough to see us. Unfortunately nothing could be done and my poor boy passed away, however Hamish was professional and kind, and I can't say thank you enough
