Very helpful, polite and informative staff. Clean premises and some spaces outside to park. We haven't needed to use the vets much but have family members who have used the company for some years and have always been happy with the service.

Excellent practice - when my cat Spud was hit by a car they looked after her and they worked wonders on her broken jaw. Staff are always helpful and the practice is very clean and tidy.

I would like to say thank you to Hamish and his nurses for looking after Gus during his op yesterday. I have always had trust in 387 vets and they didn't let me down. Excellent vets and excellent service as always.

I think everyone at 387 are amazing if it wasn't for there quick actions my 16 week old puppy coda would have died they saved his life and he's now on the road to a full recovery ,he took a fall and had brain bleed they took him from me as soon as we arrived at vets and started work on him straight away they really saved his life words will never be enough on how greatfull our family are .

Very useful pet first aid course and now feel able and more confident in identifying needs of my dog, what is an immediate emergency that I can deal with and that which needs to see Hamish or nurses. Whole experience was worthwhile.
