Marianne made it smooth and a stress free process, she gave us instructions and we did as we were told, she took care of the rest. Marianne was fantastic! Helped me through the whole process. As a first time buyer it was very overwhelming with all the documents and fancy words being thrown at me. However, Marianne was there with full support advising me what each document was and explaining the next steps. Couldn’t recommend enough!

What an amazing mortgage advisor Marianne is.
My self and my husband thought it would be impossible to get a mortgage because of my husbands age. We thought it would just be to expensive with the amount of years we could get to pay a mortgage back. We tried other mortgage advisor with no luck. We then was highly recommended to Marianne by a friend and from there Marianne helped us from start to moving in and beyond. Nothing was much trouble, with plenty of reassurance everything was going to be fine and going in the right direction.
I'm sure I drove her insane at times 😁 but she never let it show 🤣 Marianne me and lee want to thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for our forever home... I would just like to add I'm in Scotland so doesn't matter how far you are in the UK she's the go to lady 🫶🏼

Marianne has helped me with the purchase of 3 properties now, on each occasion I've had a first class, tailored service. I expected this company to just help with mortgages but Katie went above and beyond and with every step of the house buying process.
