We'd never bought a fireplace before so weren't sure where to go. We saw the advert for Aldrdge Fireplaces in the Sutton Observer and thought we'd have a look. Once we got there and looked around it was just a matter of deciding what we wanted, paying a deposit and then we were contacted a few days later to arrange a suitable time for the fireplace to be fitted. The whole process was simple particularly as we don't have to find someone to fit the fireplace as it was included in the price. The fitter turned up on time and only took about 3 hours to do the work. I would certainly recommend Aldridge Fireplaces.

although the shop has limited fireplaces in situe please dont let this put you off, the staff could not have been more helpful giving me brochures and talking through my options.
the guy that fitted my new fire was pheomenal, polite, tidy and worked without a lunch break from 9.45-6pm! to make sure my fire was fitted on that day, it was a complicated one to fit but he didn't stop till it was done. looking for a fireplace go to aldridge fireplaces i cannot recommend it more highly

We decided it was time to replace a large stone fireplace and inefficient open gas fire. On visiting the West Bromwich display area we settled for a Valor fire and marble surround. We had concerns about the size of the task but need not have had any fears. Dan made a visit to plan the work. The work took place at the promised installation time and was carried out in a most professional way. The work was completed within a morning and with minimum mess. The chimney area was made good to a high standard and the new surround and fire fitted most effectively.
The work has completely transformed the room. The fire is very efficient, quickly warming the room.
We have been most impressed with the friendly service and professional work of the company and have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective customers.
