Brandon had tuition with Sam for the best part of a year, in preparation for his grammar entrance test. Brandon switched to Sam as he lost confidence and didn't seem to enjoy his previous tuition. This was the best decision as Brandon has come on leaps and bounds and very much enjoyed his sessions, I always feel the best comes from Brandon when a teacher makes learning fun and understands that every student gains knowledge differently. Brandon got his entrance test results today and qualified so a huge thank you to Sam for all of his support this past year!

Our daughter started working with Sam a couple of years ago.
She had lost confidence in maths, particularly after Covid. There were other areas of the curriculum with missing gaps and she had never been exposed to non-verbal reasoning.
We have seen a real boost in her ability and her confidence. This has grown and grown.
The sessions have been well structured and pitched well to meet her needs. She comes out having enjoyed the sessions and exhausted so win win!

My daughter has been attending Ascend Tuition for help and guidance in subjects she finds challenging at school and we have been really impressed with the high quality of professional teaching that both Heena and Sam deliver. My daughter has understood and applied her learning in both her school work and homework with confidence and achieving great results. I highly recommend Ascend Tuition the teachers are patient and professional catering for individual abilities.

You won't find a better personalized style of teaching from a teacher who genuinely cares in Walsall. My son can't wait for his lessons with Sam he wishes he was his full time teacher.

We are using Ascend Tutoring in order to prepare our son for the 11+. Sam has a really engaging approach and has identified how to motivate Joe and uses this to his advantage to get the most out of each session. Joe looks forward to his lessons, which for me is the best part as he is enjoying learning. Would highly recommend!!Positive
