I was interested in a rental property that was advertised by Rentlife. I contacted rentlife and my first point of contact was Darnell who gave me the information I required and assisted and arranged for me to view the property on two occasions with him personally. Darnell was really helpful and gave me the assistance I needed.
Jamie was also part of the process and ensured everything ran smoothly even after the keys were handed over to myself.

It was a bit hectic during my apartment hunting journey. Despite the fact that I need the flat in less than a month, Darnell has assisted me with a variety of things, such as apartment searching, document signing, and document processing. Though the document process was quite challenging, Darnell kept reminding me to get it done before the deadline. Thank you for his help. He’s really good at his job.. keep it up!

I’m a student and I am obviously new to the property market, a week before I found rent life my naiveness and a dishonest estate agent lost us a flat.
Me and my flatmate were running out of time and had a lot of anxiety during this process.
Thankfully, due to the efficiency at rent life we now have a flat to stay in to complete our studies.
Special mention to our estate agent Darnell, his friendly, genuine and professional energy made us feel more comfortable than any other estate agent had. He’s been an amazing guide during this process. He made us feel at ease straight away as he his also a student but he delivered and communicated better than any other estate agent I had dealt with, and trust me there have been many (we’ve been looking since May)
Darnell was very attentive, I would ring everyday with a new query and he would make sure he has the answer. All my anxiety around renting had disappeared due to his amazing customer service skills and genuine support. He deserves a promotion.

Rentlife have acted as our letting agent for an apartment in Birmingham city centre since we swapped to them from another agent. When our current tenant gave notice we decided to take the opportunity to update the property by changing the carpets,curtains, redecorating, changing the hob, replacing some lights and general running repairs. Rentlife have arranged it all for us. Anthony the property manager and Jaime the lettings manager have been absolutely great .They have arranged it all and kept us fully informed along the way. What a refreshing change to experience the level of service they provide to their landlords.
