My massage was tailored to me, from asking what scents I liked with the oils and combining that with the oils that would help my particular issues.
Not only that but I was given tips on how I can help myself between massages sessions with yoga blocks and foam rollers which I thought was a lovely touch ❤️

I have been taking Tammy's pregnancy yoga class for the last few months. The course is brilliant and has been just as good when they moved to on line following lockdown. Tammy is very knowledgeable and offers different types of services. I really enjoy the classes. Highly recommended.

I have had 2 virtual sessions with Tammy to help me with latch for my 3 week old. The information that Tammy gave me was so informative and it is clear that Tammy has a wealth of knowledge. Tammy has also kept in touch to see how we are getting on which has been great. I did not feel that it being online due to the current COVID situation stopped Tammy being able to help me and it really helped me in getting my baby to latch. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs some support

Tammy did a cast of my bump and was extremely professional and friendly the whole time- she put me at ease instantly and was lovely to chat to! It’s lovely to see someone so passionate about all the work they do and to see a woman like Tammy supporting other women through the most sacred months of their lives! I could not recommend her services enough, and I can’t wait to paint and hang my cast up in pride of place <3

Dylan and I have really enjoyed the baby massage sessions. Each session focused on one or two main areas of the body which not only help your baby relax and you bond with them, but also support with things like colic, teething, sleep etc. The notes that are provided during each session also help you continue with the routines at home. I couldn’t recommend highly enough 👌👌👌
