Bollywood Tadka based in Rushall is one of Walsall’s newest Indian Restaurants and very quickly establishing itself as a firm favourite with those who have dined there.

The family run business is owned and run by Sachin and Jennifer Lall. Sachin is a real foody and wanted to create a restaurant where the food would of the highest quality.

Jennifer Lall is well known in her home country as a famous Bollywood singer, hence the title of the Restaurant Bollywood, Tadka is Indian for tempering, which is a cooking technique to release the flavour and oils of the whole or ground spices.. so Bollywood Tadka.
