Needed some lino and popped into the pelsall shop. I was greeted by Mandy and Rob. Rob helped me pick out what I required and was very helpful. He didnt direct me to the most expensive, but showed myself all options. Great service, honest advise. I will be back

Thank you to Mandy at Carpets Direct for the service we were given the weekend. Rich went in last Wednesday and chose a carpet for our dining room, stairs and landing. The price was extremely reasonable and we were told 2pm on Saturday for the fitting. The fitter came on time, was cheerful and did an excellent job. Top class product and service.
