I can say this whole heartedly, that the overall service I've received by CarpetsDirect 2U is second to none. When looking for a quality and inexpensive carpet and rug services for my home and business Im so pleased i came across Carpets Direct 2U. All staff there are so friendly, I felt like i'd known them for years

I ordered three rugs online using Carpets Direct 2 U. One of the rugs I ordered was out of stock and Rita contacted me, both by phone and email, to let me know. Rita was extremely efficient, personable and helpful and ensured my order was delivered by the time I needed it. She then phoned me the next day to ensure I had received my order and that I was happy. I am very pleased with my rugs and would definately use Carpets Direct 2 U again. using Carpets Direct 2 U is so easy as they have a few local outlets and that is convienient but the selection of rugs and carpets is huge and they are all really well priced but the staff couldnt be more helpful and this is the main reason why i wouldnt shop anywhere else for all my carpets and rugs !

All previous orders have been promptly dispatched, but last one fell between my moving house. This company went above and beyond to get the rug to me when it was returned to them in error, sending it back by special delivery and keeping me informed at all times. Lovely service - and a follow up phone call to say the hoped I'd moved in ok. This is good old fashioned service which is rarely found these days!
