Computa-Tec Systems - Walsall was recommended by my neighbour. Very glad I rang the shop and talked to MIke. I explained that I was using Win 7 and that I need my pc upgraded to Win 10. He explained the advantages and possible disadvantages of what I wanted. I also needed to keep all my files and then transfer them to Win 10.
He took the time and trouble to answer all my questions about what hardware etc I would need. Once he had a price he rang me back. Compared to the big stores it was a bargain. I took my pc to the shop and left it with Mike. He did everything from fitting new hardware to re-installing all my files. All new hardware has a written guarantee. Happy to recommend Mike. In my opinion You cannot do any better anywhere else.

Over the last couple of decades or so, I’ve had occasion to use Computa-Tec several times for both major and minor repairs. Each time, the service has been first class: fast, efficient and at a very reasonable price. Mike, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He’ll give you good advice and won’t charge you for work that doesn’t need doing. A few weeks ago, the charger for my HP Zedbook became faulty. I wasted hours trying to find a suitable replacement on the internet but without success. Next day, I went to Computa-Tec. Mike had one in stock at a fraction of what I’d expected to pay. Needless to say, it works perfectly.

Over the moon with the service I’ve received here! Mike is friendly and knowledgeable and has kept me updated throughout the repair process. Once the problem was identified my PC was fixed and ready for collection within a day. Highly recommended!

Superb work, reasonable prices, and very speedy. Left a laptop to be fixed, was done in under 2 hours. New hard drive, fresh windows 10 install and all updates complete. Got the laptop home and it was essentially plug and play.

I've had major issues with my computer, running blue screens of death, losing work on several occasions. I couldnt work out what components were doing the damage. However, the gentleman at this place was very helpful and sorted out the issue, aswell as fitting in a new power supply & SSD. He purchased my old SSD, which saved me selling it. Paid very little to sort this issue out.
