Really good will defo go back , everything was done really quickly and nicola the girl who worked in there was really good she looked after a large group that just decided to pop in and not book she was very patient with us and 4 noisy kids will defo visit again soon

Enjoyed the waffle and gelato that the wife and I shared. Big portions and friendly and helpful staff. Gelato could have been creamier and unfortunately they had no strawberries but these are both minor.

First time visiting cremes today. Staff were extremely friendly, served us despite being quite close to closing time. All of the girls were really friendly, food was fab! Would definitely recommend.

You come here for the desserts, which were lovely and tasty. Presented in a great style. The downside is the toilets were out of order but the disabled one can be used, but the handle was broken so you couldn't lock the door.

Lovely place, menu was packed full of lovely things was tough to choose. Service was fantastic, staff were all friendly. After I finished my regular hot choco, the lady who served us came over and offered the next order on the house. She came over and have me a large hot choco even though I did politey say no thanks. I was shocked tbh never been given anything free like that.

Edit: visited again - why is the black bro with the hair net walking around with a screwface, this is a dessert shop, not some council estate gang territory - sort your attitude out.
Dessert was decent but the guy needs to put on a smile cos he looks annoyed to see another customer walk in the door.

I came in today craving on chocolate I then ordered the ferrorocher waffle today at creams it was soo delightful the girl on the crepe-waffle deserves a raise she is such a kind heart working creams workers with soo much confidence. She served me well at the till I rate her 1000/10 her name is Rahila

With the British summer upon is, there is nothing as refreshing as gelato ice cream to cool you down. Creams is a great place to chill with the family and feast into the decadence that ice cream. Love it

The lady that served us was lovely and soo friendly! Made us feel so welcomed. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was very patient while taking my order and helped me decide. 100% recommend going here!

Came here with my friend for dessert and was met by Shanice who kindly recommended the cookie dough which was Amazing!! She was so lovely and kind and offered amazing customer service! She is a credit to the Creams Cafe!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Creams!!! Thank you Shanice for going above and beyond for us and giving us the best service!! Xxx
