Good friendly set of lads.Glyn came and made sense of my uneven front garden.They sorted my drainage issues, helped to minimise a flash flood problem that’s really caused by a water company maintenance failure, and put down a smart driveway. Attention to detail was good.Price was fine and more realistic than some quotes we have had.

I found his experience invaluable, as i talked him through my requirements, and expectations, and his input was second to none!
We agreed a date, and for work to commence, and as agreed his team turned up on time, and worked very hard over the 2 days.
I found all aspects of Glyn & the team professional, and willing to ask my wishes, and requirements.
They have left me with a very professional Patio, which i am extremely happy with (more importantly the wife is too!!)

Glyn and the lads did a fantastic job on my driveway to a very high standard, they were very hard workers who didn't stop working all day and were very polite and professional ,im very pleased with my new driveway thanks Glyn and the lads top work 👍

When are you going to come and fix the cracks in my drive? They happened about a week after the drive was laid, 18 months ago, and when you came to look at them, which also took you along time to come round to inspect the drive, you said that they were caused because you hadn't put enough expansion joints in the drive. You also said that they needed to be wider before they could be fixed. That was about 12 months ago when you first visited to look at the cracks and after many phone calls and texts to remind you where I live you still have not been out to look at them. I have tried phoning several times over the past few weeks but you don't pick up my call.

The salesman for this business Dal knocked our door to sell us a new drive, we paid him £60 cash for a surveyor for my property on the afternoon,the following morning the workmen turned up with digger no surveyance done we had a couple of issues with the drive and it does look better than it did but and it’s a big BUT drive is mostly white patches instead of slate grey which doesn’t look good, it’s pooling at the entrance door as there’s no guttering been put there it’s at the other end of drive but more disappointingly is no-one in the business will return to see the finished job or has the curtesy to answer their phones.

I’m happy with my drive overall even tho the paint work on my drive was not fully complete, after making payment we never saw them again, my husband had to meet one of the work men on a car park to get the drive paint to finish ourselfs, they also borrowed our garden brush to clean our drive which also never got returned. Whilst doing our drive they chipped a brick in our brand new porch which I had to point out to them for them to replace ( my husband also went out to get the replacement brick) also they cut into wires which luckily enough were dead wires ,but we did pay £60 cash for a surveyor which obviously never came ? .... after all this we were happy with the drive itself... dal the sales man gave us 3 different prices on the drive n we told him we will have the 1st quote or we was not to have it done at all, he advised me he was only offering that place originally because they was doing work in the area (which makes no sense as they are based in my area) so eventually the sales man Dal finally agreed to the original price given. I recommended the company to a friend after being told a £100 cheque would be given to myself by recommending them, however this also didn’t happen I even phoned the owner of the company who told me he would post it and he never did. So overall the drive we are happy with but the customer service is none existing

This company has given me a driveway to be proud of. Everything was done professionally,from the planning to the hard work by the lads installing the drive;under the guidance of Glynn Smith and Glynn junior. All this done within a week of first contact with the company.

Would like to say thanks to all the lads at crete by design , from dal sales manager designing what our drive could look like, to glyn smith and his team of lads in digging out the drive and completely changing how our house looks , there work is great the drive looks absolutely amazing , had so many comments on how nice it looks , would highly recommend these guys
