Richard was very analytical and soon resolved the real problem was not blockage but smell and made observations we had failed to do despite being here 24/7/352.
His estimate proved to be accurate and made full allowance for the fact that valuable materials are in the room concerned and the location is a thoroughfare for staff using the department beyond the location.
He arrived when promised and applied common sense to the ' solution' offered by others.
We will take up the offer made and feel confident of getting the desired result. Drains problems are a major issue in staff welfare and upkeep of the fabric.

Not only did they solve the problem they also provided recommendations to prevent further obstructions in the future.
