I canāt fault the team at Elite Wheels AT ALL! Not only were they to my rescue between Christmas and New Year (when everywhere else was closed) when I buckled an alloy but, they were SO professional, courteous and supportive in helping me to get safely back on the road.
They were super quick, super honest, super thorough and, super trustworthy ensuring that I was aware of their every step whilst they worked on the wheel.
Honestly, if every business worked like Eliteā¦we wouldnāt be nervous or apprehensive about taking our cars anywhere. I will definitely be using them from now on. I highly recommend them.

The wife unfortunately decided to kerb my alloys on my diamond cut RS3 alloys . Elite came to the rescue and managed to do a diamond cut refurb on my two front alloys as well as loaning me some wheels so I could carry on with my day . Wheels were completed and back on the car by 5pm the same day, with wheels refurbed to a Great professional standard . Wouldnāt hesitate to use elite again .

The guys down at Elite AWRS genuinely did me a great service on my alloys. Needed urgent repair of cracked alloy wheel that had previously been repaired by Speedy Wheels Derby. Elite AWRS welded two alloys done in quick succession and to a great standard. Much better than my previous weld repair which had cracked in the same place. Really friendly guys that know their stuff. They are competitively priced and no job was too much. Even had a conversation and they offered to look into a separate diagnostic problem for me just to help me out. These guys mantra is quality all the way. Worth the travel for these guys. Will be back again.

My first impressions, they are professional, excellent communication and customer service skills. They also carried out work to a high standard and my experience was headache free. I normally dread going to garages because the majority of the time they say one thing and do the opposite or work to a low standard but I am glad I trusted my gut and decided to use Elite Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Specialists. The reason why I used them was because I required a crack on my alloy to be welded together, I called around got some quotes over the phone and when I spoke to them, I felt they sounded more professional. I read their reviews but was sceptical because they were all 5 star and I was not sure if this was an accurate reflection of everyone's experience. However, I am pleased to say the experience was effortlessly great, definitely a 5 star and here is why? I drove to Walsall they inspected the alloy, saw one crack and we agreed a price. Later they found another crack, probably not visible amongst the dirt, which they fixed and asked for additional Ā£10 but because they realised they had not alerted me before fixing the other crack, they were professional and waived this fee. However due to their professionalism, I did pay this fee purely because I felt they had behaved professionally throughout!. I also found that they kept me informed throughout the process and replied promptly to my my messages. This was the first time I used them but I doubt, it will be the last.

As a single lady you are always dubious of taking your car anywhere new. I need not have worried. What a wonderful bunch of lads they all are. Respectful, friendly and very welcoming. Oh, and the alloy looked amazing also lol. Will be going back to have all my others done after Xmas.
