I needed to be picked up from hospital after surgery and taken 3 hours away. I didn’t know what time I would get out but Excelsior went above and beyond remaining flexible and waiting nearly all day for me!
The driver, Billy was very helpful and considerate with my condition. His driving was excellent and he was very friendly with great conversation. I would highly recommend Excelsior for any journey. I can’t thank them and Billy enough. 👍🏽

We have used Excelsior Cars for some years now for journeys to Cornwall and back and returns to and from Heathrow to Birmingham. They are the ultimate professionals and ensure our journeys are stress free and enjoyable. The drivers are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to provide a smooth, happy drive.
We have recently had to change our Birmingham to Heathrow booking with them three times due to changes in flights and personal circumstances and they have been so helpful in accommodating us and changing the booking. We would never use anyone else.

We used Excelsior Cars for our recent holiday to Barcelona. With a larger group of us (7 people) they were extremely accommodating and professional. Arrived on time taking and collecting from the airport with really friendly staff both times. Little things like asking how our holiday was etc was a lovely touch. Had no waiting around when landing back into East Midlands with the driving arriving bang on time for our flight. Amazing service from start to finish. Our first time using Excelsior Cars and it definitely won’t be our last. Already booked for our next holiday in September. Couldn’t recommend enough!

After searching the internet for a taxi for our airport transfers and finding every company wanted to charge us the earth for 8 of us, we finally came across Excelsior cars and their quote was so much cheaper, so we booked straight away..!! From that moment we was not disappointed..!!
Communication was fantastic and both drivers who picked us up were so kind, Friendly, helpful and professional.
My only regret is that I never found this company earlier for previous airport transfers...!!! Will definitely be using them again in the future

Booked this company for an early morning airport transfer and pick up on return. Excellent service on time and very friendly drivers. Also used at short notice for my brother who had to get from Birmingham to Portsmouth. Within 40 minutes he was on his way. Fantastic service wouldn’t get this with any other company. Exceptional service. My mother and I were travelling up to Birmingham, from Wales, for a music event and needed to get back home the same night for various reasons. I messaged excelsior cars before booking and had a quick response that answered all my questions. Kamar, the driver, whatsapped us earlier in the day to confirm which street he would be waiting at nearby Utilita arena and was very friendly and happy to talk on our journey home. Will definitely use again and recommend very highly.
