Fantastic Airport transfers , always on time and with good communications from the driver before all pick ups . We have used this company quite a few times now and the driver Shak has always been superb . Would highly recommend this company . After having a very bad experience with a company called Bouden travel it is good to know there are actually still very good transfer company’s like Excelsior . We will never use anyone else . 5 star service from a 5 star company .

Great service- I changed the pick up time a couple of days before our flight as some of the family members wanted to go shopping at duty free so Excelsior cars picked us up earlier without any problems. Kam met us at the airport within 10 minutes of calling him on our return- lovely clean van that seated 7 of us comfortably with seats to spare and plenty of boot space for our luggage which was handled by Kam. Kam was also aware of road closures and fastest routes. Will definitely use again.

First time i have used Excelsior cars and i was very impressed
I booked a return journey for my kids from Yorkshire and everything went like clockwork.
Kamran was great, the kids certainly enjoyed the ride far more than when i pick them up.
Would strongly recommend and i will be using again in the near future.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received. Our driver Shak was brilliantly. As a single mum travelling with three kids it really helped when he met us at arrivals and took my suitcases from us as I focused on the kids.
Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing an airport run.

We missed our plane so had to fly to another airport to get home (BHX),our car was at EMA, Excelsior cars came to the rescue at last minute. Really friendly driver got us to our destination safely. Communication is excellent. Thank Excelsior cars.

Fabulous car service! Kabir met me easily at the airport and helped me get my bags to the car. We then drove three hours, bless him, from Birmingham to Wales. He had helpful things to say and knew a good deal about England as I’m new to this area. I slept a good amount thanks to jet lag, and he was very accommodating with that and kept the driving smooth. I had a very comfortable nap. I appreciate the service very much as I know it’s probably not a normal thing to drive this far out! Overall a lovely experience and will definitely use the service again!

I was in Birmingham for the first time and I needed a transfer to the airport. I found this wonderful and professional company Excelsior cars. Everything went great from the booking to the airport. The driver was friendly, he was waiting for us at the time we were scheduled, the car is very clean and good, and the price is not excessive, around 56 euros, like some places here. I highly recommend their services.

We used the service from East Midlands Airport to Telford, then Telford to Birmingham Airport. The service was adaptable, as we had a delay to arrive at EMA, and they offered us a different driver so that we wouldn't be stranded. On our outbound trip to BHX, the service was provided on time. We had a great driver, Kamran, for both journeys. He was very outgoing and a really nice person. The cars used were clean. Will definitely book through this service if we ever need such transfers again. Thank you.
