I've used Excelsior Cars quite a few times. Service has always been top notch, with good quality cars and at a reasonable price. They accommodated our delayed flight, landing in the middle of the night with no problems. Drivers are always really courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Have just used Excelsior Cars for a return trip from Kings Norton to Birmingham Airport. Shaq was our driver for both trips. Excellent service, very prompt and managed to fit all our luggage plus 7 passengers in with no problem. Would highly recommend.

Taxi to Birmingham airport 04:45 Sunday morning, driver was early and waited quietly outside, drove really calmly, i was not thrown about in the back like in some taxi's , car was clean, Nasaar was very polite and chatty, excellent service from start to finish, will definitely use again, thank you

Used excelsior cars to book our transfer to the airport for our family holiday.
Our driver was Shak. He is a very friendly guy and a helpful driver. Our kids loved talking to him and he kept them entertained throughout the journey.
Booking process was seamless and Shak was great. Couldn't have asked for more.

First class service from both drivers.! Shak arrived 10 minutes early, he was very polite and helpful when taking us to Birmingham airport. Our return flight landed at 3am.! Once landed we received a text straight away from Kamran with instructions of what to do and again he was very polite chatty and helpful.

Was picked up by amo and taken to Manchester airport from Birmingham he was on time helpful loading cases and drove at a steady speed to get us there safely. All round great experience and would definitely recommend.

I was worried about getting to Luton airport for 5am but the driver (Amo) turned up 10 mins early. Was very helpful with cases and even knew a different route when section of the road was closed. Still got there before 5! Thanks Excelsior cars, and thanks for sending Amo.
