We used Excelsior Cars for our trip to the airport and back home for holiday!
We chose these guys purely for the fact they were the only place that offered child seats for the little one!
Very impressed with the service, as we cocked up on pick up time sending the Spanish time for landing instead of English 🤦🏻♂️ but Abid the boss of the company came and picked us up to make sure we got home with no waiting around! Lovely bloke easy to talk to and very very tidy cars too 👌🏻
Highly recommend will be using these guys again

Good communication confirming not only booking but near the date, details of pick up and collection with instructions for the pick up. Driver on time, lively car, chatty but not invasive, friendly, helpful. Gave history of the company, and advice after I stated I would definitely use the service again. I used the meet and greet for the return journey. Absolutely wonderful! No looking for cars, scouring car parks! Met inside the airport, helped with the luggage, and my family enjoyed a relaxing and safe final journey home. It turned out to be the owner who collected us, and I now have not only the company details, but was invited to contact him directly for the next booking.
I will definitely use Excelsior again, friendly helpful and professional, very courteous too. Definitely recommended!

Booked for a second time this year for transport to and from Birmingham Airport at the start and end of our holiday. The taxis are very clean and comfortable. Drivers are friendly, helpful and reliable. I cannot fault the service offered and will not consider going anywhere else for my next airport transfer. i can’t give enough credit to this company from start to finish! it was so easy to access them on the internet and generate a price for an airport collection and to book it online to get it confirmed straight away with an actual price.
It’s a brilliant father and son Business Abid and Billy are amazing guys, kind caring and take pride in there job that they do on a daily basis aswell as ensuring there customers are looked after throughout there journey.
they contacted me before i boarding my plane to ensure me who my driver was and which car would be arriving and upon arrival all i had to do was let them know when my luggage was collected and they were there at the drop off point upon arrival!
the car was immaculate and conversation was made throughout the journey ( no awkwardness as some taxis can be ) i would 100% recommend Excelsior cars to anyone. cheap, clean cheerful and excellent service throughout.

Perfect service both to and from the airport. Our car was exactly on time, Carter was friendly and professional with a spotless vehicle. On the way back, Kamran met us in arrivals right on time, again an extremely friendly and professional driver with another incredibly clean car. This was my first time using an airport transfer service, and I will not be using anyone else. Very highly recommended.

This car company goes above and beyond. I experienced difficulties with card payment and was told not to worry to try again later. The driver even phoned me and gave details of exactly where he was which made it very easy for us. Our journey was first class with a lovely driver. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again if needed.

Easy to use website, prompt response to request for booking. This is the third time we've used Excelsior to take us to Birmingham Airport & pick us up again. Always on time, friendly and on this occasion I needed to change our pick up time at short notice which was confirmed instantly. Billy was our driver on this occasion, really lovely & friendly.
