I needed a taxi service from Mid Wales to Birmingham airport for a long trip. I had not used an airport taxi service before and because of the importance of timing and the distance involved I was nervous. Abid Hussein was kindness itself talking me through the timing and reassuring me of the service. He was as good as his word and even contacted me in advance of my return to reassure me that someone would be at arrivals to meet me. The service is efficient and friendly, a great combination.

My driver Abbas was so helpful not only taking me free of charge from my hotel to the hospital but also contacting his wife working in British NHS with assistance request how find local UK equivalents for my domestic medicines. Abbas was also very helpful with negotiations on my checkin to local hospital where I was supposed to have an appointment and get the local prescriptions. I never leave reviews for companies I just don’t have the time or inclination but in the case of Abid and Excelsior I am as the service was fantastic I used them from Birmingham to Heathrow return I was a little nervous paying for both journeys up front but I had nothing to worry about even though my flight home was delayed around an hour Abid was there 10 mins after I called to say I had cleared customs at Heathrow thanks again and will be using them no doubt on my next airport drop
