I have been using their services twice from east midland area to London Heathrow and there back. Though different taxi drivers turned up each time, they always turned up on time at the door step or were waiting for us patiently while we landed and helped to put away the heavy luggage.
They would contact you beforehand to ensure that there is a service or there may be some issues with the traffic or logistics.
The last trip it was the owner coming picking us up very late at night at LHR, he waited more than 40 minutes due to a luggage delivery delay. His patience and warm greeting at the airport was very welcome after a very tiring journey. Taking us back home safely through troublesome traffic around London is must appreciated.
I recommend their service and will definitely use them in the future.

Terrific service: prompt, efficient and friendly. I had to travel to Heathrow from Birmingham with my partner and three children and found the cost was less than if we'd all travelled by train. Not only that, but it took half the time and was infinitely less hassle. The service was so good I immediately ordered the return service. I cannot recommend Excelsior cars highly enough.

We booked for a family of 7. Car seat was provided. The driver was helpful friendly and professional. We were lucky to have the same driver on the way back a week later. Fantastic service. I made an enquiry online and I got a call back within minutes to confirm the details. My driver was on time, very friendly and helpful. He actually told me lots of interesting things about his family history and India's involvement in the first world war. He was so lovely and made my trip to the airport very interesting!

We called Excelsior cars at short notice due to no trains on Boxing Day,I had a couple of quotes and these were by far the cheapest. After booking and paying on line(which is so much easier ) they called me to confirm and arrange a meeting point. Our driver was courteous polite and friendly. We hadn't heard of this company before but will definitely use again.
