Excellent service. Professional & punctual. Arrived home tired after an overnight flight. When plane landed I switched on my phone, to find a text from the driver to advise me he was at the airport & to contact him when I had my bags. Very impressed

I have been using their services twice from east midland area to London Heathrow and there back. Though different taxi drivers turned up each time, they always turned up on time at the door step or were waiting for us patiently while we landed and helped to put away the heavy luggage.
They would contact you beforehand to ensure that there is a service or there may be some issues with the traffic or logistics. The last trip it was the owner coming picking us up very late at night at LHR, he waited more than 40 minutes due to a luggage delivery delay. His patience and warm greeting at the airport was very welcome after a very tiring journey. Taking us back home safely through troublesome traffic around London is must appreciated.
I recommend their service and will definitely use them in the future.

We booked Excelsior Cars for a journey from Midlands to Manchester Airport and we were very pleased with the service from start to finish! We easily booked our journey plus child/ baby car seats with Abid, who was very helpful and friendly throughout. We were able to see the booked journey through an online account which was great as we had a record of exactly what we had booked. Our driver, Kabir, was great. Arrived on time to fetch us on the morning of travel and he was there waiting for us when we came out of arrivals and helped us with our suitcases. Very nice and comfy 8 seat minibus. 100% good feedback for Excelsior Cars!

Excellent service from start to finish , never used taxi for airport pick up before so a little worried . Got a message as soon as we landed and a further call as we collected our luggage . Very courteous driver put our bags in for us and took them out once home . 100% would use again very good price too , thank you for getting us home safe , a great end to a fantastic holiday 👍👍👍.

Great service easy to book and great communications, on time, our return journey was delayed by 3 hours, landed after 2 am, the driver was there within a couple of minuets, we normally use APH but this for the price in my opinion is a better option

We used Excelsior Cars for airport transfers to and from Heathrow from the West Midlands. The driver, Abid, was on time collecting us from our house and was waiting at the airport for us when we landed. The car was clean and comfortable and Abid was very professional and friendly. I used Excelsior Cars for an airport pickup for a late evening flight last night. The driver, Abid, was ready at the airport when I landed and promptly collected us. He was really friendly and it was a nice, comfortable car and the long distance journey was pleasant, comfortable and really felt professional and executive. Talk about under promise & overdeliver, by far the best service I have experienced. I know that’s odd, a taxi is a taxi.........but this was a Mary Poppins taxi!
All the usual, on time, polite etc......now the weather forecast was not good on the day, so Abid had arrived with a large umbrella for us to use for the day, this was just 1 of many little things that made a huge difference ............you should see for yourself, highly recommend you do!
