Excellent service from Excelsior for our transfers to and from Manchester.
Only slight issue was a late pick up on the return journey but the M6 north had had major issues on the day which were obvious on our journey back to Dudley.
Arrived to the minute for the trip up and the return trip was well worth it after the long day travelling.
Both gents we dealt with were professional and courteous. All the best with your business

The drivers arrived ( on both occasions) on time to collect me from my home to drive me to Birmingham Airport and to return later in the week.
Both drivers were polite and also helpful in carrying my case.Both cars were to a high spec. which made for a comfortable journey.

Excellent service from start to finish. Abid dropped us off at Heathrow. Hassle free journey as usually I avoid London airports and it was a pleasure to chat to him on the way down.
Was a perfect start to the holiday until i realised I had left my wallet at home , Abid even offered to give me the back the money I had given him, and I could pay him when I got back to UK. I don't think anyone else would have done that.
Really impressed with Kabir as soon as I landed at Heathrow he had already texted me. Perfect journey back to Birmingham.
Will definitely recommend this company to all friends and family, and will definitely use them again ! They also don't take advance payment until the journey is confirmed when they contact you to confirm all details.

I will now use Heathrow airport more often because of them.

Booked Excelsior at short notice for a drop off and pick up to BHX. On time and good communication from the driver on both legs. Had child booster seats which really helped too!

Used excelsior for our 8 strong family group to Birmingham Airport they phoned 10 minutes before pick up to tell us the mini bus was not available so they sent 2 cars instead for the same price. I booked return journey and was there for us I would recommend excelsior to all as they are reliable and fairly priced.

Easily pre-booked journey to and from Birmingham Airport and price was very competitive (if not cheaper than most other quotes). Professional, courteous service! Received a text message 15 minutes prior to leaving the house to let us know our taxi was on it's way - a nice touch which meant we could be outside ready. Likewise, when collected from the airport, we got a phone call confirming if we wanted to be picked up at the agreed time, or immediately because our flight into Birmingham was 30 minutes early. Our driver was waiting for when we reached arrivals and helped load our suitcases etc. Such a refreshing change to get a real personal service and we'll definitely be using Excelsior for EVERY journey in the future!

We had two great journeys between Solihull and Stansted. The driver that arrived to collect us from home was slightly early (perfect - no worries that the taxi won't arrive and no stress thinking we had to leave early), very polite and courteous. There were some issues on the roads which caused some delay, so he checked our flight departure time with me - we had left plenty of time, and by then had found out our flight was delayed, so there was no issue, but it was good to be kept informed.
Abid met us for our return journey. Our flight was delayed, yet again, and when we arrived (two hours late), I had a missed call and a text from Abid who was parked a short way from the pick up and drop off point. He came to meet us as soon as we had collected our luggage. Abid was brilliant. He offered us sweets, though we didn't have any - a nice touch :-); he pulled in to a service station when my son was feeling car sick so he could settle his stomach; he then dropped me slightly off route so I could get to my step-daughter's concert on time and continued on to drop off my 16 year old son at home.
So, in summary, perfect service which goes above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Excelsior Cars to anyone.

What a life saver! We landed in Birmingham to find that our flight from Stansted was cancelled. We had to find a new flight while en route to London. Abid was wonderful. He altered course to Heathrow - let us charge our phones and provided his wifi when we couldn't get a good signal in order to book another flight. Really above and beyond service - we are so fortunate that we had booked with Excelsior cars! Thanks so much Abid!
