Picked up on time for our out going flight from Birmingham
Shak the driver very professional and attentive.
Had a few texts from drivers for our early morning inward flight advising us of their name and number, how ever with a 4 hr delay from Dalaman we eventually arrived at 04.30 to be met by Abid with no fuss or bother.
Cant recommended Abid and Excelsior cars enough,does what he says with very reasonable prices takes all the stress of getting too and back from the airport.

Extremely pleased with the service, Amo was our driver and he was excellent. Was very helpful in loading all our suitcases into the boot for us and getting back out upon arrival. Very good driver and made our journey home a very pleasant one. Will definitely be using Excelsior cars again.

Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end. Highly polished and professional, and easily able to adapt to my last minute changed flights into Birmingham Airport. Abid the Manager is superb at running this operation, and the driver Amo that we had was an utter delight - so charming, polite and personable. Super stuff, we will use again no doubt at all.

Amo, was great! My flight was delayed and so were bags. He was patient and kind while waiting and helping me navigate the airport pickup situation. He drove safely and got me to my destination safely. He’s also a kind soul and I would book with them again and highly recommend this service.

great experience with this taxi company, my driver was great with communication and was desd on time picking me up and even thou my flight was delayed by 18 hours, they worked with me and was there for when we arrived
i travelled with a big family and booked an 8 seater.
would highly recommend these, and i for certain will always have them when needed.

Kamar contacted me prior to my flight to ensure everything went smoothly, and arrived to pick me up from the airport within a few minutes of me getting my luggage, despite an hour delay on my flight. He was very friendly and this made for an enjoyable journey. I will definitely be using Excelsior cars again in the future.

Very friendly, efficient but most important of all, reliable. During a national rail strike Amo took the stress out of getting us from Birmingham to London St Pancras so we could catch the Eurostar.

Great service, last minute booking due to train strike. Brilliant comms, knew exactly where to meet directly outside arrivals. Our driver kamran was really lovely, good chat and felt very safe. V knowledgable about the route etc. great decision to use - efficient service. Had a quote online which was reasonable compared to some others. Highly recommend.

First class service by Kamran both ways. He was very polite & professional taking us to & collecting us from Birmingham airport. Our return flight landed at 3am & Kamran contacted us as soon as we landed as promised. Great communication made for a completely stress free airport drop off & collection two weeks later.
