Used Fitch Autos for the first time earlier this year. After this experience I said that I would consider them again for any future work on my car. That said, they have just successfully completed a full brake disc and brake pad change on all wheels. Along with a gearbox oil change and brake fluid change. Excellent job. Would highly recommend.

Garage picked up car for MOT as promised & delivered back when passed, without drama. Even vacuumed carpet ! Have had servicing & repairs over many years on company cars & am pleased to say just as good with my own car.

Found a problem with my breaks that 3 other garages could find after 2 years of trying. It was a simple proses in the end for Fitch.Had a full service which was great and they also send you photos of what needs to be done with the option of having them all fixed or some of them, but at the same time making sure your vehicle is safe to drive if something more serious comes up.. So overall Happy days 👍

I was really happy with the service I received from Fitch Autos. I was having an issue with my gears crunching intermittently. The technician inspected my vehicle for several hours to try and identify the fault. On this occasion the issue didn’t present itself and the technician was really honest with me and helpful. Also the garage kindly didn’t charge me for the time they had spent looking for a fault. Would definitely recommend and will be returning if I need further work done on my car! 😊

A very professional company who managed to diagnose an ongoing problem I had that previous garages could not solve. They booked me in quickly and provided a courtesy car which meant there was minimal disruption to my working week. The repairs were carried out and the vehicle is running perfectly. In addition other items were flagged that will need attention in the future. Thank you i will definitely return.

I got my Hubby's car fixed here. Fitch Autos are exceptionally good. Initially my hubby booked his car in another garage, they kept the car over 2 weeks before returning it saying they can't solve the problem and to take it to Audi. I was recommended Fitch Autos by Trade centre Wednesbury, so I booked the car with them. They were able to recognise the fault within hours and fixed it within a week. It now drives like a dream. Will recommend this place.

Booked car in for its mot, it needed repairs, so the guys at fitch autos quoted me and even gave me the option to spread the cost at no extra fees, the service was excellent from start to Finnish, always kept informed, very friendly and professional too, the car feels so much better now than before, I'd recommend fitch autos, for there sheer quality.
