I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

Always excellent service, corrected the damage instead of just replacing which saved a few hundred pounds. Replaced my tyre and fitted it . Neil appears to always understand my ramblings . I've been coming for several years now for my mot and servicing and anything else that comes along Never worried that they might over price or take advantage due to being female . Very trustworthy and reliable .

I've given the 5* due to the understand, support and assistance the staff gave me, with the problems I had with my vehicle, which I'd only had 8months. I've used Finch Autos before with my works vehicle before my retirement and also found them very good.

From the time of getting a quote from Holly & making the booking for a service and safety repairs the service has been outstanding. got me in at time to suit me- car had major heart surgery ( first for 8 years) DPF / tyres/discs n callipers/filters / + stuff ! always kept in the loop by Ellie on the phone. less than two days back on the road n safe. Great business, great people, use it or lose it , keep money local !

I have used Fitch Autos for 3 years now and they have always given excellent customer service. I have always been very happy with the quality of the work they do and the reasonable prices. What I like most is that nothing is too much trouble for them and if ever I have a problem with my car they are the garage I call because they always fit me in ASAP and get the car back to me the same day. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and they don’t try and sell you things that you don’t need.
Work I have had done at Fitch Autos includes
Cam belt/water pump on a Corsa and an A3
Service on A4 and A3 and MOT
Oil leak fixed on A3 (after a local “specialist “ failed to diagnose the problem) and thermostat change.
Brake fluid changes.
Airbag suspension on a 520d Touring which failed this morning and 1 call to Fitch Autos was booked in and fixed in the afternoon at a fraction of main dealers prices.
I won’t take my cars anywhere else now.

I am very particular with where I send my cars and bikes. I’d never used Fitch before and I can say I am very happy with the service. Quite a big job changing alternator and coolant housing on my C class. Car has come back perfect, issues sorted! As good as the main dealer id say and the car was also washed and is spotless. Hundreds of pounds cheaper than the main dealer too and work was as good if not better. Communication was also spot on! I will certainly use this garage again, hopefully not too soon though lol thanks team A* Dave
