Dazzling diners, the main highlight of the menu is The Presidential Platter: Murgh Tikka, Tandoori Lamb Chop and Fish Amritsari. Served on an extravagant slate centrepiece, this dish is dedicated to one of the great highlights of Executive Chef Sunner's career; serving the leaders of the 1998 G8 summit in Birmingham.
