When I compare my experience (with my family) as a customer has got law service for immigration matters comparing to other similar cases, I am confidently say that Fountin Solicitors (at Walsall) are by far the most professional of them all. The staff are always friendly and there to help. Mr James Howard is an experienced immigration solicitor who really helped me through my case and explained everything to me. He also made sure that I have all the time I need to process everything. He always made face to face appointments rather than telephone appointments to make sure I understood everything and ask him questions.

Furthermore, when I have applied to get UK traveling documents after obtaining my refugee status, Mr Howard has completed our applications and submited them, and we have received our traveling document in very short time.

I highly recommend this law firm. Thank you for the amazing service Mr Howard.
