I instructed Mr Jay Islam to apply for my extension visa. Out of all the legal advisors I have had experience with, I can honestly say he was the best.
From the beginning of the process all the way through to the end, Mr Islam took the time to thoroughly explain the process, provide us with sound advice and made it as smooth as possible for me and my family through this anxious period. His sense of professionalism and knowledge was excellent, but it was his ability to listen, empathise and maintain continuous communication, that really established good rapport. We were able to trust in him and had full confidence in his ability to successfully make our application, which he did.

Also, in the last few days Jay shared the news of indefinite leave to remain was granted, decision was recieved within 6 weeks.
