We have just had the pleasure of using the team at Franklins. Mike and Lee were absolutely fantastic. it was a bit of a difficult situation for us all, but they were a credit to the company. Friendly, helpful, polite, efficient and so neat and tidy. I've had bad experiences with removal firms, but these guys I would use again in a heartbeat (not that I'm ever moving again!). Would highly recommend Franklin's. Good comms, good price, good service. From initial enquiry to final delivery in France the communication and ease of service has been without fault. Price was very competitive and their ease of and personal communication was the deciding factor for me. Their work with their customs agent made a potentially awkward situation easy going. The driving/removals crew were professional friendly and had a can do approach. From pick up to delivery was seamless.

Franklins collected our worldly goods from SW France and delivered them to our new home in the north of England. Simon and Michael and then Michael and Fraser were very professional, hardworking and friendly. We were impressed with the way Simon tackled parking the lorry on our French driveway! Both days were hot but the teams worked efficiently and on delivery, Michael even took the time to collect up a few loose nuts & bolts that he knew we had lost from a shelving unit. We would happily recommend the company.

Great service from Franklins. Michael and Lee kept in touch on their way to us and then removed our stuff - including a grand piano - with minimum fuss, good natured teamwork and a sense of humour. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Franklinâs helped with a local move for my Mum in July which happened to be in the middle of a heatwave. Fraser and Jordan were amazing. Brilliant service from the two men who collected our goods recently in the UK ( Norfolk). They were great and very polite and professional. In France, we had Lee and Michael deliver our goods to Beziers in France. They were equally professional, helpful and friendly. All the blokes did a top job and we would not hesitate to use them again . They were all superb Many thanks.

We had two different teams of guys for collection and delivery for our move from England to France. Both teams were amazing and made our move easier. Great job from Fraser and Jordan on one of the hottest days of the year. They moved my mother in laws furniture and possessions from Armitage to Lichfield and were courteous, professional and extremely hard working. We made our move to France in late 2020 and left our house to be sold in the UK. With Covid we had no opportunity to be in UK to do the detailed packing work. When the house sold it was with little notice that we called Franklins to move our items to France. They were flexible in storage requirements and timing. Just fantastic. Great price too. They delivered on time and and with care. Thank you Ben for the assistance with all the Covid / Brexit driven paperwork and Simon for the great pickup and drop off experience. Highly recommended.

Lee and Simon did an exceptional job of taking almost two hundred separate items from our home. They fitted in more than we hoped for and made the day almost stress free. I had to move from the UK to France, everything was very smooth from the beginning, staff easy to deal with via email, these people actually reply, unlike many other removals companies, and I was able to provide most needed paperwork vie email and scans, which helped me greatly as I wasn't on site. On the collection day Gary and Dean were very efficient, friendly and took care of wrapping more fragile items carefully. Everything was delivered in France a few days later as planned by two other friendly and polite guys, and everything was intact and complete. Good value for money too, I would definitely recommend them to anyone, Frank

Great service from start to finish, especially dealing with customs formalities on our behalf. Saved so much time and worry. The guys got to our place in France before our plane had landed and we had the pleasant surprise of finding all of our furniture unloaded and in place when we arrived. Not often you get this type of service these days. Couldn' recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I had to move back to France in a hurry following a family emergency.
We hired Franklin's Removals for the packing, the loading and unloading.
From the get go they were extremely responsive and I had a phone call where we discussed access to the property via Google maps.
They were reachable through text messages and would usually respond quite quickly especially when came the time to fill up all the paperwork that concerns the crossing of the border from the UK to France post-brexit.
The lads who packed, loaded and then unloaded were all delightful and equally efficient. They followed our requests to the letter and were amenable.
The boxes were well labeled and everything was well packed to the point the only damage we noticed was a slight chip at the corner of a desk.
Our belongings were loaded in Halesowen UK and delivered in Saint Loup France in 3 days only.
I need to give special commendation to Kieran, the young truck driver who successfully manoeuvred the truck in reverse in a very narrow street without even a chip.

From the very first time we contacted Ben at Franklins we just knew we were in good hands for our overseas removal to our new home in SW France. The guys loaded everything up in the UK and arrived on time the following week to unload. Nothing was too much trouble and they all worked so hard to get the job completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. A great service at a very fair price and we can highly recommend the services of Franklins for anyone else looking for the same level of service that we received.

From the start dealing with Ben with his detailed list of what we need to do and get to move to France , to his brilliant 3 man team who loaded the lorry at Northampton, nothing was to much trouble, to finally Simon and Lee who delivered our home to France including 2 half ton stone lions they were fabulous.

I found Franklins to be extremally helpful in getting my things returned to the UK, Brexit and COVID certainly made things more difficult but Ben always provided the correct information and answers to my questions and my goods cleared customs without problems, things were a little more difficult because of where I lived in rural Brittany but that was to be expected, I found the two guys that turned up to collect my things to be polite and very helpful, I would highly recommend this company.
