Most times I order I get it same day unless busy. Always a good service, great prices and helpful staff. Drivers always prompt and deliver and drop where I request cannot fault the quality of products I have ordered and just lately I order on a monthly basis. Keep up the good work guys. Many thanks John

50 metres of perforated drainage pipe, 10tonne of pea gravel delivered 3:45pm on a Saturday, with 15 prior notice. Now i know this isn’t always going to be possible, but these guys did there utmost today to ensure i got the materials on time and the shortest possible notice. Harry in the yard was a genius, Gaz behind the counter is a wizard, Jamie the driver is no nonsense and prompt.

Went today to collect some materials and although they were extremely busy, I got served very quickly and efficiently. These guys really know their stuff and how to treat customers. Special shout out to Zoe, who I have never seen before, she was excellent, and a real asset to the company.

Second time I've bought soft sand and cement from Gills.
Both occasions they were the cheapest on the web so my expectation of the service was not high but they were faultless on both occasions.
Easy web ordering - took a couple of minutes, even though it was about 7pm on a Friday night
They called to confirm the order/delivery first thing on the Saturday morning and offered delivery on the day.
Gave me an approx. delivery time over the phone and said driver would call ahead... and he DID! (well impressed with that!)
Driver was helpful, friendly, courteous and put the items exactly where I asked.
All in all, top notch organisation. Having been using the likes of Wickes, B&Q etc for bulk purchases over the years, but Gills are definitely the new "Go-To" for me for this kind of stuff.

Absolutely fantastic. Superb service. Outstanding from the easy to use website, the office staff (when I wanted to add to the order) and the delivery driver who couldn't have been more helpful - despite the location not being the greatest and right next to a telegraph pole and lampost. On top of that amazing prices. Will definitely be keeping their details and using them again.

Just wanted to say absolute love the service we received from here. Me and my husband first time we ever been to gills. We wanted gravel we met a Lovley woman who worked there. Sorry didn’t catch your name. But she was very helpful she explained everything about all the gravel. We orded 2 loose tons and wow I must say they are very nice gravel and probably the best and cheapest in Walsall. Thank you gills will definitely be coming back again. 👊👊

Order ton topsoil and around 60 turf but topsoil wasn’t that good quality also turf was bit dry out also was not good quality either, I realised as I was run out of some Turf and seen in same price but very good quality turf some other place so bought it and I can see the difference. Please shop around for this two items. Customer service I can say very good, professional and helpful no doubt on that. I hope it’s helps.
