Great casino, large table area, latest slots and a decent sized poker room.
Food was hot tasty and fresh.
Staff were all pleasant and polite right from the receptionist to the valets, dealers and bar staff.
Entertainment was on at the Saturday night I visited and seemed well received.
Lots of customers were in during my visit which always makes a good night out in my opinion.
TV screens all around the venue showing the latest sports.
Large carpark which had security patrol giving you confidence that your car was left safe.
The venue was a 5 min drive from J10 on the M6, nearby hotels were The Village and Holiday Inn, again only 5 min drive away

We had a fantastic night at Grosvenor Casino last Thursday raising funds for the Mayor of Walsall's Charity Appeal. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure the evening was a success. The generosity of the management was very much appreciated. The food served was delicious and of a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend this venue for a great night out.

much more generous poker guarantees than the hill street branch. only thing I didn't like is the start time for Wednesday nights... 5pm....how so many people make that start time I do not know. would be nicer if it was closer to 7pm like some of the other nights.

Don't go often but when we do we like to eat in the restaurant chill with a glass of wine and then play the machines for a while , friendly staff always enjoy my night.

We were hosted last night by Grosvenor Casino for a networking/celebration evening. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a good time. We were able to see at firsthand the refurbishment that has taken place and also sample the new menu which will be available from the beginning of April for the dine and entertainment packages. The food was delicious and we congratulate Grosvenor on the work done. A fabulous venue to celebrate a hen night, birthday, anniversary or just to treat yourself! Keep an eye out for their programme of entertainment events - you won't be disappointed.

Been a while since we ate at the casino and we were shocked that some of the incredible senior staff that we knew well were no longer there. This definitely impacted on the overall experience but having said that, the young team that took care of us were so passionate and tried their absolute best. The food was great as always
