Phil provides the domestic service you want. No fuss, no bother, no surprises. He is friendly, experienced and efficient. He quickly returned my initial call and arranged to come to see the job before giving a quote. No concerns about getting photos or giving detailed descriptions of the work needed. He quickly assessed what was needed, gave me a price and a date when he could get the job done.
Phil arrived when he said he would, completed the work in the time he said it would take and left everything neat and tidy.

Phil has provided an excellence service yet again, after he completed electrical works for us back in 2020, we invited him back for further works on our bedrooms and upstairs lights. He always responds to any messages, turned up at the time he stated and completed the work quickly. He also tidied up after which is always appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Harper Electrical.

Phil was very quick at replying, came out the same day and was prompt with fixing the problem I had with my showers electrics.
Phil also advised me on my 1964 outdated fuse box and is assisting us to upgrade it. Everything was explained well and extremely well priced.
