The appointment offered was very convenient, the shop is very clean and spacious. The staff are lovely and my pet was very comfortable and well cared for during their groom. They really took such good care of him and did an excellent job, I was very impressed how handsome my dog was groomed as it has been a while finding the right groomer for the type of dog I have. I have 2 chihuahuas and they just love it at House of Paws. And so do I! You walk into reception and it smells exactly like a people spa. The setup is stunning and everyone is incredibly friendly: genuinely interested in the dogs, their personalities and needs. They really take time to talk to both people and dogs. Zain was amazing: she worked around my dogs needs and really took took the time to figure them out individually. I’m really fussy about my furbabies and it took me a long time to find House of Paws. Both dogs love going in to House of Paws and don’t give me a second glance! I’m so thrilled and relieved I’ve found them! I drive 45 minutes to get there and it’s definitely worth it. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your precious pooch.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the ladies at House of Paws. Took my giant golden retriever Harley in today for grooming for the first time. Lily had her first puppy groom there. She was smelling so nice that I haven't found it after I took her to other groomers close by. It was a bit of travel for me but all worth it. Well looked after and has a waiting area where you can spend time with the shop dogs. She is going to travel all the way when she needs her next groom. Not looking further.

Highly recommend House Of Paws for brilliant service & value. Scruff has loved both of his visits so far......for his 1st puppy groom & more recently for his big boy full groom. We wouldn't even think about taking him anywhere else! Thank you, Scruff looks & smells amazing when he leaves the salon! 💙🐾

Our little Teddy had a full groom today at House of Paws. Very impressed with the service they fitted us in last minute and did such a great job. He came out with a wagging tail which is always a great sign too 🥰. He also smells amazing! Thankyou so much 🐾
