What a great job the team did booked them for my wedding the dj was awesome. Had someone else for photobooth as didnt realise that they did them and my photobooth never turned up and abigail wilkes got to the venue within 20 mins with a photobooth and had it all set up so quick i couldent believe it so they really saved my night and the ear bashing that id of had off my wife so thanks all will deffo be booking again

i booked my wifes surpi]rise 50th birthday party through calderfileds golf club and j.a.b.s event hire was the recommended entertainment, we met with anthony who talked us through the booking process and gave us all of the options, me and my son decided to book Pam as the dj and also add on the inflatable photo booth to ensure that we had some great memories after the event.
everything ran like clock work on the day, and my wife was so surprised that i managed to organise everything, but in all fairness all i did was call jabs events and then pay they did the rest, they really took time to make sure taht everything was sorted for us. you could tell that our event meant alot to them and they wanted it to be perfect.

we have used jays dsicos and jabs event hire on several occasions, they never fail to entertain, we have used several of their djs, kyle for our wedding, pam, for my moms 70th birthday, barry for our joint birthday party, and shaun for our daughters birthday garden party. we have delt with abigail in their office and she is always polite and punctual. we met with her for coffee at the venue before hand and she helped us organise each event, helping us put a unique twist on the our speial days.

i booked these for me and my girlfirends engagment party, they played every request, their attention to detail is truly amazing. that much so we have now booked them for our wedding.
we booked a dj, photobooth, candy cart, prossecco wall, love letters, and c2asion tables (we had a vegas theme).
there was not one flaw withanything, everything arrived ontime, was setup way before our guests arrived, and even allowed us to take some extra special pics with the Casino back drops.

After these guys stepping in to save the day in May when we got let down by a different DJ, I vowed I would come straight to them in future. And boy am I glad I did! A surprise 60th for my husband went without a hitch. The booking process was quick and easy, the DJ who attended liaised with my daughter on the night to ensure he knew exactly when my husband was due to arrive and he knew exactly what music to play to get people dancing. Great value for money and every member of the team I have come into contact with has impressed! I am actually quite glad that I was let down all those months ago otherwise I may never have found this fantastic company!

Jay from J.A.B.S Event Hire DJ'd at our wedding at the end of August 2019. We found Jay to be absolutely outstanding. The first thing I said to him when he showed up was "You'll be lucky to get me on the dance floor". Aside from our first dance, Jay had me up there no more than an hour into the set!
He really knew the crowd and kept the dance floor busy all night. My wife and I had a fantastic evening and we really could not have expected more from J.A.B.S Events. Brilliant lighting, fantastic music, and an amazing atmosphere. You won't be disappointed if you go with these guys!
It does cost a tad more to book Jay himself but it was worth every penny! Bravo Jay!

From the first phone call to the last song played at the party I could not find fault with J A B S Events. The booking was easy paying the deposit and the reminder of the balance payment is all very well done. The actual disco was excellent and catered for everyone. The D J was very pleasant and played all the requests he was asked to play. Thank you J A B S Events I will certainly recommend you to family and friends.

J.A.Bs Event Hire attended our first ever Prom at our Special School. They were brilliant, were totally prepared for all aspects of special needs, no lights that affect epilepsy, appropriate music, from the off I knew we were in safe hands.
Our children had a fantastic time, the DJ's were approachable, friendly and had a great mix of music.
We would definitely recommend J.A.Bs Event hire and use them again.

What can I say? These guys are amazing! We had our first ever Pride experience this year with Jay's Disco on our float. He had the our whole group dancing, got the crowd singing along and dancing too. Made the day very special indeed.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and friendly and the DJ who came to save the day was a lovely lad who played everything we asked for and more. Everyone had a great night. These guys went above and beyond when others let us down and in future I will be heading straight to Jay's Disco's for any other parties we have. Thank you again!

The lead up to the party everything was great, very responsive to messages. On the night the DJ turned up on time and as it was a surprise everything ran smoothly. The only negative that I have was I asked for a playlist of songs (I am aware not all could be played) but only a couple were actually played on the night.

Jay's Disco's are great for every event! I recently attended an awards evening where Jay has set up the Disco and all the lighting - the music was great and matched the occasion, and ran very smoothly, the lights were fantastic too, they looked beautiful!
