Fantastic service today from James Prices's Garage. I had my MOT and it was great to sit in a comfortable waiting area with a complimentary coffee and free wifi. Very friendly staff, knowledgable, efficient and reliable.

A superb local garage that fixed a problem with my rare Audi S6 V10 that most of the other "experts" in the Midlands could not correctly diagnose or fix, I know as I tried quite a few before being recommended James Price by a friend. I am very selective about who I trust with my vehicles so upon visiting the garage and discussing my needs prior to using James I was confident that this was a good garage that I could trust.
James focused on the fundamental mechanics, looking into the correct operation of everything in detail and not just relying on plugging in a computer and running some diagnostics like most garages do these days. A few issues were identified and all fixed that together had added up to a problem nobody else could even correctly diagnose. The vehicle is now running the best it ever has in my nearly 5 years of ownership and will be returning again as my go-to garage for servicing in Walsall as I continue to keep this classic vehicle in top shape.

This place is great. I was really pleased with the service I received and the cost of my repair. I didn't know that this kind of place still exists. The mechanics were happy to tell me what was wrong with my car and even took photos of the problem to show me. You'd never get friendly one to one care like this at a dealership and it goes without saying you'd also pay a lot more. I really can't recommend the garage highly enough. I'm definitely a happy customer.

Thanks for the great service in replacing a injector in my VW Maxi Caddy van under the RAC warranty, work completed to a high standard great clean workshop and very pleasant staff to deal with at least i know working up in Walsall my needs are met for work on my van thanks

James Price made me save £450 on a part replacement by calling the main dealer and finding out that the replacement is covered by my warranty. Amazing! Thanks a lot guys!

WHAT A EXCELLENT SERVICE
Took our car to James Price very pleased with the quality of service, very helpful and honest, we took our car for service and mot also asked for water to be drained from doors they checked the doors and said it did not need doing so did not charge how honest is that. We will be going back and using this garage in the future, it is nice to find a nice garage that gives a good quality of service. Thank you to all the staff.

I popped into the garage as I had problems with the internal metal fuel flap that lifts to allow the nozzle to enter the tank.
I spoke to the manager who thought I might need a replacement, but he called one of his guys over to check.
After a couple of minutes, he managed to sort the jammed flap. I was so happy, particularly as he didn't charge me a thing.
Just shows that there are good people in this world........
I will be taking my car there for its MOT and service, as it's due soon.

I cannot rate James and his team highly enough! I was given a courtesy car to use whilst my car had a full service, new cam belt, new brake discs and pads - all the work was completed within 2 days, my car was washed and cleaned inside and out too! Fantastic service, super friendly, family owned business. Thanks again to you all, special mention to Jenny too for getting the interior looking fab! Very happy customer :)
