Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. I know it’s a big room to keep warm , but it’s the only fault. It is cold.

Myself & a friend went to watch magic Mike xxl. Cinema was warm, clean & welcoming. I'm a big stinge I took my own snacks & pop but on the way in we were offered a GU cheesecake for watching the film on its opening night. The cheesecakes were delicious 😋
Area around us was clean & welcoming, staff were friendly, toilets clean & stocked with loo rolls & soaps

A great cinema, more room than most "standard" theatres ... can take drinks bought at the bar. Just found the add-on prices (drinks and food) expensive and a lack of choice at the bar.
Upholstery looking a bit worn out in places and a few holders between seats were missing or broken.
Realise it is a difficult time for the entertainment industry at the moment, but think the full prices put me off from going more regularly (only go when have a discount)
Plenty of parking outside, but privately owned, so have to be very careful to follow the rules and not get a fine...

Really nice and clean cinema (including toilets - very modern). Had a really nice time.

The staff member greeting us wasn't that friendly but I think he was trying. A nice cinema overall!

Love this cinema, very comfy seats and reasonably priced tickets but at £12 for a glass of wine it’s a little on the expensive side for food and beverages!

We went to an 11.15 showing of Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance with Somebody yesterday. It was a great time for our group as we were able to go for lunch at Brewers Fayre afterwards. The staff were really down-to-earth and friendly and there was easy access for our friend in her wheelchair. (There's a lift and huge loo for those with limited mobility.)

The added bonus was that the film was a great watch, with the British actress, Naomi Ackie, playing the lead role. I had no idea she wasn't American until I looked her up. We had one of those outings that leaves you feeling happier than when you started the day!

It's great having a cinema again in the middle of town the tickets are very reasonably priced aswell. we've been many a time since it opened and we really enjoy going there. It's also got a bar inside aswell don't know what that's like as we've never been there but overall it's a great place to visit when there's films you want to see. After we went a couple of weeks ago it's surprising how much room there is inside now that they've knocked the wall down that divided the pub from the cinema so it's much more open planned. They have since stopped doing the free refills on the popcorn and soft drinks, we were told that they made a huge mistake with that offer and have since learned their lesson and that was by a member of staff.

The cinema itself is great.

There are a few things that are not perfect but they are largely outside of the control of the cinema.

1. Very strict on ages for films - my son is 18 and clearly so but they would not let him in to an 18. I get this and it is good to see the cinema policed properly after the horrors of other cinemas but some latitude here would be helpful.

2. The parking is a nightmare. We went when the machines were not working and I am now being chased by a debt collection agency for a fine I am not going to pay. I will see them in court but still, it is stress we don't need.

The one main thing I would like them to change is to cover the parking. As a family of 5 we are usually paying around £50 for tickets and similar on pizzas, popcorn, drinks etc - having to pay for parking is bad enough, doing it via such an annoying system is even worse.
